15 minute dumbbell complex routine
This full body advanced workout routine is definitely not for beginners! A dumbbell complex routine involves moving from one exercise to the next without any rest time. Now don’t worry too much, I’ve designed this routine to flow naturally from one dumbbell exercise to the next so you aren’t wasting much time setting up the next exercise. Do as many routines as you can but a good start is to complete each routine 2 times. Don’t select a heavy when doing these as this is more of an aerobic workout. Some of the advantages of doing a dumbbell complex workout is that you will increase muscular endurance, burn more calories while boosting your metabolism and a typical workout only takes 10 or 15 minutes!
Rest time between sets: A big fat 0! You do not rest between exercises on this routine soldier!! But take as much time to catch your breath between routines. Remember you want to repeat each routine at least 2 times.
